Roughly twenty five years ago I was privileged to be asked to speak about my good friend photographer David Eustace for a Scottish documentary production focused on his work. So were Eve Arnold, the musician Dave Stewart and other notables. Now all these years later a copy of that television programme has surfaced. The quality is not great but I believe that the story Eustace tells is as relevant today to any prospective photographer as it was all those years ago.

As for my contribution, well as Bob Dylan so memorably said “Oh, I was so much older then, I’m younger than that now…” Unfortunately, on this occasion I think Bob maybe mistaken. Enjoy!
